Treehouse Therapy
Our Story

Our Story
Treehouse Therapy is founded by a husband and wife team originally from the United States, who have been living and working in Singapore for over a decade. The couple have the pleasure of raising four beautiful children, one of which is on the autism spectrum. Through lived experience and formal training, they created Treehouse Therapy to share their experience, support, and treatment strategies with children and caregivers in Singapore and across the South East Asia.
"Our son was diagnosed by our SG pediatrician as "suspected" to have autism at 18 months. We were referred to SG Enable and also explored private therapy options. We found a private ABA program and did our best to provide our son with the structure and therapy he needed, while at the same time trying to maintain our jobs, a healthy marriage, and time and attention to our other children. It was a challenging time, but we quickly realised we had to stop thinking about the "what ifs", take charge in the present, and find a therapist and program to support us on our journey. We learned an incredible amount and met so many supportive professionals who took the time to educate us and truly care for our son through ABA. We have seen ABA work first hand - our son went from non-verbal at age three and a half to being able to join a local MOE kindergarten and primary mainstream school in a few years.
We founded Treehouse to serve this community - the kids, the parents, the educators who are working so hard to navigate autism. If you are a parent - we have been where you are - there is hope, and we want to help."
